We believe meaningful stories can awaken purpose, dignify human experience, and travel beyond borders. Tyrannus exists to help creators develop the craft, confidence, and relationships to carry those stories into the world.
Tyrannus Foundation, Inc. is a Los Angeles–based nonprofit and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity behind AI Film Summit and Tyrannus Angel Awards.

Why Tyrannus
A place where ideas travel further.
The name Tyrannus references the hall described in Acts 19—a place associated with teaching, dialogue, and ideas moving outward into the world.
For the Foundation, it represents a modern gathering place where creators, thinkers, storytellers, and consequential ideas are taught, tested, shared, and carried forward.
